Landscaping Operations Supervisor - Aiken, SC

C&C Services is a high-end, rapidly growing landscape company serving Aiken, SC and the surrounding areas. Due to our rapid growth we are currently seeking a Landscaping Operations Supervisor. The supervisor works directly with the owner on oversight of landscaping projects and will be responsible for managing a team of employees. Paid training for specific landscaping skills will be provided, however must have a strong work ethic and leadership skills. There is plenty of room for growth within the company, as well as additional bonuses based on performance.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping preferred, with onsite training provided.

Must be able to handle the physicality of landscaping work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.

2 years (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
